He has been associated with our Company as a director since its incorporation and has around 30 years of experience in steel industry.
Rajesh Garg
Rajesh Garg is the Vice Chairman and Non-Executive Director and one of the Promoters of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from DAV College, Chandigarh. He was previously associated with our Company as a director. He is currently associated with BLC Metals Private Limited as well as a director. He has around 28 years of experience in the steel industry.
Dinesh Garg
Dinesh Garg is the Managing Director and one of the Promoters of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Panjab University. He holds a certificate in management (owner manager programme) from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research. He has been associated with our Company since 1995 and is responsible for managing the day-to-day business of our Company. He has around 30 years of experience in steel industry.
Lovlish Garg
Lovlish Garg is the Whole-time Director and one of the Promoters of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from University of Delhi. He has also completed post-graduation in family managed business from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research. He was previously associated with Parkash Multimetals Private Limited as a director. He has been associated with our Company since 2016 and is responsible for overall management and administration in our Company. He has around 13 years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry
Manvinder Partap Singh
Manvinder Partap Singh is the Executive Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University. He has been associated with our Company as General Manager – Steel Melting Shop since January 1, 2014 and as an Executive Director since May 1, 2025. He is responsible for the steel melting shop in respect of scheduling of processes. He has around 11 years of experience in the steel industry
Anil Dhawan
Anil Dhawan is one of the Independent Directors of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Science, both from University of Delhi. He also holds a degree of Doctor of Philosophy from University of Delhi. He has completed an executive development programme from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi. He has completed a course in the Economics of the Steel Industry from Fordham University. He was previously associated with Steel Authority of India Limited as a director. He has around 36 years of experience in steel industry.
Anil Kumar Bansal
Anil Kumar Bansal is one of the Independent Directors of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Punjabi University. He is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He holds a certificate in commercial credit issued by Moody’s Analytics. He was previously associated with State Bank of India. He has around 39 years of experience in banking..
Ayussh Mittaal
Ayussh Mittaal is one of the Independent Directors of our Company. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a certificate of practice from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2017. He is currently associated with M/s S M A & Associates as a partner. He has around 8 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Meena Rohilla
Meena Rohilla is one of the Independent Directors of our Company. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Kurukshetra University. She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is a practicing company secretary. She was associated with M. R. Chechi & Associates. She has around 14 years of experience in secretarial, regulatory and statutory compliance.
Rajesh Kumar Sinha
Rajesh Kumar Sinha is one of the Independent Directors of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Rajasthan University. He also holds a provisional Master’s Degree in Science in engineering from Regional Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur. He was previously associated with Rajinder Steels Limited, Usha Martin Industries Limited, Monnet Ispat & Energy Limited and Sunflag Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. He has around 22 years of experience in steel and metals industry.

Bhuvnesh Garg is the Chief Executive Officer and one of the Promoters of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since October 1, 2019 and was appointed as Chief Executive Officer with effect from November 4, 2024. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Amity University, Uttar Pradesh. He has also completed a Post Graduate Program in Global Family Managed Business from S P Jain School of Global Management. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Parkash Multimetals Private Limited as a director. He is responsible for overall management, strategic direction and financial performance of our Company and has around 8 years of experience.
Aakarsh Goyal
Aakarsh Goyal is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He was appointed as Chief Financial Officer with effect from September 23, 2024. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University of Delhi. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Prior to joining our Company, he was practicing as a Chartered Accountant and also was associated with BLC Metals Private Limited. He is responsible for managing financial operations, financial planning, budgeting, reporting and play a key role in strategic decision making in our Company. He has around 7 years of experience
Kanav Garg
Kanav Garg is the Chief Operating Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since October 1, 2019. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Amity University, Uttar Pradesh. He also holds a Masters Degree in Science in Marketing from Brunel University, London. He is responsible for operations of Manufacturing Facilities in our Company
Sanjeev Kumar Sehgal
Sanjeev Kumar Sehgal the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He was appointed as Company Secretary with effect from November 4, 2024 and appointed as Compliance Officer with effect from March 26, 2025. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut. He is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Rana Polycot Limited, RSL Distilleries Private Limited and Stylam Industries Limited. He is currently responsible for secretarial, compliance and corporate governance of our Company. He has over 11 years of experience.
